AJ Chambers is a leading specialist recruitment and mergers & acquisitions business, focused on the Accountancy and Legal practice sectors.

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious M&A Consultant to join our growing team, focusing on the Legal and Accountancy Practice sector.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our growth and presence in the legal and accountancy market, working closely with our well-established recruitment teams and excellent client network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop client relationships and identify suitable sale and acquisition opportunities
  • Guide the transaction process and offer sound expertise to both parties
  • Work autonomously to develop business and generate opportunities for the wider business

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, or a Commercial/Corporate lawyer looking to transition to a deal-making role
  • Commercial Banking, Commercial Lending, Business Protection, or Corporate Finance experience
