Mergers and Acquisitions Consultant

AJ Chambers is a leading specialist recruitment and mergers & acquisitions business, focused on the Accountancy and Legal practice sectors.

We are seeking an experienced Mergers and Acquisitions Consultant to join our team, focusing on the Legal and Accountancy Practice sector.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our growth and presence in the legal and accountancy market, working closely with our well-established recruitment teams and excellent client network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop client relationships and identify suitable sale and acquisition opportunities
  • Guide the transaction process and offer sound expertise to both parties
  • Work closely with our recruitment teams to achieve business growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions
  • Commercial/Corporate lawyer with a keen interest in deal making
  • Commercial Banking, Commercial Lending, Business Protection background
  • Corporate Finance experience or starting out in your CF career with 1-3 years experience
