About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker Specialist to join our established supportive team at Scenario Management Care. As a Support Worker Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered support to individuals with a learning disability, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

As a Support Worker Specialist, you will be responsible for working closely with individuals to understand their needs, preferences, and goals. Essential Skills
