Job Title: Senior National Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior National Account Manager to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a Senior National Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our premium brands within the London on-trade market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Manage a team of 8 direct reports, coaching and developing them to deliver against the company's strategy.
  • P&L Management: Be responsible for the account base's profit and loss, controlling weekly reporting, forecasting, budgets, and planning.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key prestige customers and the London on-trade team.
  • Activation and Investment Planning: Develop clear activation and investment plans to drive business growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal functions to ensure a smooth sales process and proper understanding of data.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and maximize new business opportunities within the London market.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Highly experienced in the on-trade, prestige, and IFT markets, with a deep understanding of the London market.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in the spirits sector.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams, coach, and develop high-performing individuals.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen, with accurate forecasting and budgeting skills.
