Job Title: Senior Façade Consultant

AESG is a leading international specialist consultancy, engineering, and advisory firm dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to our clients' greatest challenges.

We are seeking a Senior Façade Consultant with a track record in design and delivery of façade services to major built environment real estate construction projects in the UK, especially London. This position will principally be supporting the façade team and working alongside our other specialist disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage complex projects and resolve complex project issues.
  • Façade design engineering and build-ability consultancy, including material knowledge and installation techniques.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business as well as pursue new business opportunities, and contribute to the commercial success of the division.
  • Provide technical guidance, support, and mentoring to the more junior member of the team.
  • Industry leadership through participation in industry professional groups and conferences.
  • Working closely with clients to ensure an exemplary level of quality.
  • Extensive project management.
  • Supporting the development of our Facade offering to the UK.
