Your Role as a Maintenance Technician:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role within our operations team, assisting in the maintenance and management of equipment to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery. This position provides a unique opportunity to advance your career in facilities management, offering practical experience in equipment upkeep, vendor coordination, and service optimization.

Qualifications:
- A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- A proven history of achieving results in a maintenance or facilities management context.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- In-depth understanding of maintenance processes with demonstrated negotiation and influencing capabilities.
- A valid UK driving license is advantageous for supplier visits.
- Experience in environments with managed production processes is desirable.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, with experience in inventory management systems being beneficial.
- A willingness to enhance your skills while gaining insights into facilities management and related business areas.
