About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Implementation Analyst to join our Data Analytics team at NEXT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing tracking across our Apps and Websites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement tracking solutions using Tag Management Tools (Google Tag Manager and/or Tealium) across multiple platforms.
  • Work with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) in an e-commerce environment, identifying opportunities to improve tracking and customer journeys.
  • Develop server-side implementation (SGTM) with a strong understanding of various third-party technologies.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into technical tracking/datalayer specifications for Web/App.
  • Implement Analytics tools (e.g. GA4), CRM (e.g. Exponea) and Marketing tracking (Affiliate, Bing, Meta, Tik-tok, SA360, DV360 etc).
  • Review on-site tagging and internal documentation shared across the wider business.
  • Use Web and App Debugging tools (browser plugins/packet inspectors) to diagnose issues.
  • Support Web/Data Analysts in pinpointing key issues across internal reports to ensure accuracy.
