Job Requirements

We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie or an exceptional Commis Chef who is passionate about producing high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. As a successful candidate, you will:

  • Have a proven track record of delivering excellent service through quality food
  • Demonstrate a passion for creativity and innovation in food production
  • Be an active hands-on team player with excellent communication skills
  • Be willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
  • Work closely with our Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials
  • Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills to maintain effective controls
  • Contribute to driving sales and delivering growth through engagement with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
