**Job Summary**

Nexus Multi Academy Trust is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This exciting opportunity will involve leading the development of our central support activities, including providing expert recruitment support to our schools and facilitating the temporary staff offer.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with our schools to provide expert recruitment support and guidance
  • Manage the central trust's temporary staff offer, including attraction, selection, onboarding, and booking processes
  • Contribute to the marketing and promotion of the trust as an employer of choice, including attending national events and working with external marketing partners
  • Manage social media channels and develop engaging content to promote the trust's brand

**Requirements**

  • Experience working within a sales, recruitment, or education-based environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
