Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, personalized care to children and young people, including intimate care, feeding, and play activities.
- Work in partnership with families to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and report any concerns or changes in the child's condition to the Integrated Nursing Service Lead.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people at all times.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Education to GCSE or equivalent.
- NVQ in health or social care level 3/4 or Nursery Nurse qualification.
- Experience of caring for babies, children, or young people and their families.
- Flexible approach to work and hours.
- Competent IT skills.
- Understanding of the importance of play.
- Ability to prioritize workload and be flexible to changing demands.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to report, collect, and collate data using IT.
