We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEND teacher to join our team at Protocol Education. As a SEND teacher, you will play a vital role in transforming the lives of vulnerable learners and making a positive impact on their educational journey.
About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified SEND teachers to work with children and young people with a variety of learning needs. You will be responsible for planning engaging and holistic sessions that meet the needs of each individual, advancing their educational and social-emotional journey.
Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver high-quality teaching sessions that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students, promoting their social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Collaborate with our support team to ensure every placement is a success for both the student and the teacher.
- Professional teaching qualifications (QTS, QTLS, PGCE, B.Ed, PTLLS, DTLLS, CELTA).
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a SEND setting.
- Experience working with students with SEMH needs and a strong understanding of safeguarding processes.
- Enhanced DBS check and two professional references.
- A competitive salary of £34,000 - £47,000 per annum.
