Acorn by Synergie is seeking a Senior Quality Auditor to join their client, a leading food manufacturing company.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, the primary objective of this role is to ensure complete adherence to all food safety and quality standards, including HACCP, ISO, BRC, and customer conformity of production (COPS).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular internal audits to guarantee compliance across all departments.
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure root cause analysis is conducted to facilitate continuous improvement projects and best practices.
  • Assist with complaint investigations to ensure appropriate corrective and preventative actions are taken, as well as assist in the closure of audit non-conformances within the required timeframe.
  • Perform hygiene checks to ensure standards are maintained.
  • Provide data for daily and monthly KPI reports and drive quality improvements across the site.

The successful candidate must have previous experience working in a similar role within a FMCG setting and must hold food hygiene/HACCP qualifications.

Working hours are 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a rolling 3 shift pattern.

Salary is dependent on knowledge and experience to offer.
