About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Yokogawa Electric Corporation. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, health, and safety in our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business processes that ensure quality, health, and safety.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality, health, and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Investigate and report on incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations to stay up-to-date on the latest quality, health, and safety standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as quality assurance, health and safety, or environmental science.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or health and safety role.
  • Proven track record of implementing quality management systems and improving business processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement corrective actions.
