About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst or Analytics lead to join our team at the centre of innovation and transformation in the Aviva Health business. As a key member of our analytics team, you will play a crucial role in helping us build our understanding of providers who offer our customers the best quality of clinical outcomes and simplicity of patient journey, while balancing sustainability of cost and affordability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on activity with analytics to shape and deliver on projects covering topics such as supplier selection, pathway management, operational efficiency and cost leakage detection.
  • Work seamlessly across the Aviva Health business to build relationships and provide expertise to deliver great business outcomes.
  • Manage and develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Communicate and influence effectively, both internally and externally.
What We Offer
  • Starting salary between £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary.
