Site Manager - Luxury Residential Project

At Davis Mills, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-end luxury residential project in London's West End.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring timely completion of project milestones and coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
  • Implement and enforce rigorous health and safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement proactive solutions to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
  • Liaise with personnel to address design modifications, resolve technical challenges, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including daily progress reports, site records, and quality assurance records, to track project performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment, providing leadership, guidance, and support to on-site teams to promote teamwork and achieve project objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably with a focus on luxury residential projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and motivate on-site teams.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field are desirable.
