Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Be At One. As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving high-quality drinks and cocktails, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage every guest, ensuring a memorable experience
  • Prepare and serve our extensive menu of legendary cocktails, including 120+ options
  • Make recommendations to elevate guest experiences and increase sales
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve exceptional customer service and sales targets

About the Role

Requirements

  • 18+ years old, as the role involves the sale of alcohol
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
