We're seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Be At One in Norwich. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating unforgettable nights out for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage every guest, providing personalized service and ensuring a memorable experience.
• Prepare and serve high-quality drinks and cocktails, adhering to our strict standards and guidelines.
• Make recommendations that elevate guest experiences, showcasing your knowledge of our extensive menu.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and colleagues, upholding our high standards of hygiene and safety.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old, as the role involves the sale of alcohol.

• Have a strong understanding of our menu and drinks offerings, with the ability to make recommendations and upsell.
