Key Responsibilities

As a Theatre Practitioner / ODP in Anaesthetics, you will collaborate within our close-knit multidisciplinary team alongside leading consultants and like-minded professionals who appreciate and value your contributions.

You will manage a diverse caseload utilizing state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and facilities. Your role will include supervising, supporting, and mentoring junior staff members to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence-based. You will engage effectively with colleagues on the ward, recognizing that continuity in patient care is essential for fostering a positive work environment.

All practitioners will be expected to participate in a fully rostered 24/7 schedule, including weekends and holidays, to ensure continuous service provision.
