We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our dynamic workforce. Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting the ideal candidates for our expanding operations, while also developing a pipeline of talent for future opportunities.

In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent for current and prospective positions. Utilizing diverse sourcing strategies, you will create and maintain a robust talent pool.

This essential position offers a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility in your work environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with some of the most innovative professionals in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage talent through various channels including LinkedIn, networking events, and job boards.
  • Support Talent Acquisition partners by guiding candidates through the recruitment process, from initial selection to interview scheduling.
  • Maintain proactive communication with candidates to ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Develop and manage talent pools of qualified candidates, ensuring adherence to data protection regulations.
  • Ensure consistent communication with all candidates within the talent pools.
  • Utilize the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to maintain compliance with recruitment protocols.
  • Generate insights reports as needed regarding skills and job trends both in the UK and globally.

Candidate Profile:

  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Practical experience with various sourcing techniques.
  • Proficient in using ATS and CRM systems.
  • Ability to represent Forseven in a manner consistent with our brand values.
  • Understanding of data protection regulations and compliance.
  • Capability to manage large datasets and perform analytical tasks.
