The Role
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet Coombes Group's workforce needs. This role requires a deep understanding of hiring practices and the ability to create and maintain a talent pipeline. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, an eye for talent, and the ability to work under pressure to meet hiring deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing techniques, including job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, applications, and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Employer Branding: Promote the organization's employer brand by enhancing the candidate experience and showcasing the company's culture and values.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs through proactive talent acquisition efforts.
- Offer Management: Assist in negotiating job offers, working closely with the HR team to ensure competitive and fair compensation packages.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the efficiency of recruitment processes and identify areas for improvement.
