Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they meet business requirements and are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions that meet business needs and drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop IT solutions that meet those needs.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT project management, and apply that knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in IT project management methodologies, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management certification (PMP or CAPM) from PMI.
  • Scrum Master Certification.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
