As an IT Project Manager, you'll play a critical role in delivering IT solutions that support our business goals and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project scope and objectives, and lead the development of project documentation and plans.
  • Ensure that IT solution requirements are defined, delivered, and monitored, and that quality control procedures are used correctly.
  • Establish effective working methods for the IT project delivery team, and develop schedules and work packages for the team.
  • Manage the hand-over of responsibility for the IT solution to business-as-usual support, and build strong business relationships.
  • Advise on available standards, methods, tools, and applications relevant to the role, and make informed decisions that impact project success.
  • Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders with diverse objectives, and take full responsibility for meeting allocated technical and/or project/supervisory objectives.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in an IT-focused role, with 5+ years' experience managing or influencing technical staff and projects.
  • Proven success in improving the customer experience, and experience working within a matrix structure.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field, with a Master's degree desirable or equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Project Management certification (PMP or CAPM) from PMI, Scrum Master Certification, and Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
