CNC Programmer-Machinist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer-Machinist to join our dynamic team at the Alpine F1 Team. As a key member of our Aerodynamics Machine Shop, you will be responsible for producing high-precision metallic parts using state-of-the-art equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Program, set up, and operate 5-axis CNC mills and EDM wire machines to produce high-precision parts.
- Interpret technical drawings and 3D models to ensure accurate part production.
- Fault-find and troubleshoot machining processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with designers and team leaders to resolve model issues and improve processes.
- Develop a continuous improvement mindset to enhance machining strategies and programming time.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a positive can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. While previous experience with Heidenhain machine controls, Hypermill CAD/CAM, and Vericut verification software is desirable, full training will be provided where needed. Skilled machinists with a willingness to learn and develop a programming skillset are also encouraged to apply.
