Composite Technician - CNC Programmer

Alpine F1 Team is seeking a skilled Composite Technician - CNC Programmer to join our team in Enstone. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving local queries, solving scheduling and quality problems, and assisting with the implementation and development of supporting software to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strong engineering background with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and models, manufacture parts in accordance with equipment available, GD&T, and technical specifications.
  • PC literate with good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Good understanding of composite machining is essential.
  • MSP software knowledge desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to create a positive profile for yourself and the department.
  • Flexible approach to work, able to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adherence to good housekeeping and health & safety policies.
