About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering an outstanding fitness experience across all of our sites for our 25,000+ members.

As a strong leader with exceptional communication skills, you will help attract new customers and retain our loyal members by delivering a fitness product that encourages a healthy lifestyle and helps people achieve their wellness goals.

You will work closely with operational and support teams to enhance our offer across multiple channels and locations, driving customer engagement with our fitness products and providing a range of exciting and accessible opportunities for people to enhance their journey with us.

As a trusted and honest individual, you will have a strong focus on performance, standards, and the overall quality of our fitness product, leading an amazing team of fitness professionals to deliver our Everybody fitness product across our 17 leisure facilities and within community settings.

You will also help keep Everybody fit for the future by developing our fitness product further and elevating it to the next level, driving engagement with our offer and supporting exciting fitness investment projects such as gym re-designs and equipment refreshes.
