Job Summary:
Options Resourcing is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Site Manager to lead a 6-week office fit-out project in the Swindon area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, including health and safety, RAMS, inductions, QA, and maintaining the project program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the project team to ensure timely completion of the project
- Develop and implement a comprehensive health and safety plan to ensure a safe working environment
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure that all quality assurance standards are met
- Develop and maintain a project program to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
Requirements:
- SMSTS, Fist Aid, and CSCS qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in office refurbishments or fit-out projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
