Relief Support Worker

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Relief Waking Nights Support Worker to join our team at InFocus. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to our young people with vision impairment and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support with personal care, domestic tasks, and daily living activities
- Assist with accessing work, education, and social opportunities
- Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver high-quality care and support
- Embrace all aspects of the Relief Care Worker role, including waking nights
Working Pattern
Flexible working hours, including waking nights (22:00 - 08:00 Monday to Sunday)
