Job Role: Graduate Structural Engineer

We are seeking a talented Graduate Structural Engineer to join our team at the Structural Engineering Alliance Group in Central London. As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and managing designs using the latest software, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring projects are appropriately resourced.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage projects using industry-standard software
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to discuss design and technical solutions
  • Ensure projects are properly resourced and delegated to team members
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in Structural Engineering or related discipline
  • Understanding of design tools within a BIM environment
  • Knowledge of industry design standards, including DMRB and Manual for Streets
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to offer solutions to challenges
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel
