The Technical Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the management and execution of HCD solutions projects across Europe. This includes reviewing sales orders, planning projects, designing technical layouts, interfacing with contractors, and submitting necessary documentation. In this capacity, you will leverage your expertise to address challenges, set and achieve objectives for yourself and your team, and influence both short-term and long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and execute projects at various client sites, coordinating the activities of both staff and subcontractors.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Translate client requirements into comprehensive project plans while ensuring internal execution aligns with project goals.
  4. Manage a network of resources, including contractors, to support effective project delivery.
  5. Contribute to the preparation of reports that detail project outcomes.
  6. Engage in the development of project proposals.
  7. Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet project commitments.
  8. Guarantee that the products and services delivered meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  9. Lead a diverse team that may include employees, clients, partner organizations, or subcontractors.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the software sector, particularly in software services.
  • Background in the Cardio IT field.
  • Proven project management capabilities, including initiation, scoping, resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, risk assessment, and communication.
  • Fluency in Italian.

Proactively identify potential risks and challenges, implementing solutions to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain high levels of client satisfaction throughout all projects.
