Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Linen Porter to join our Housekeeping team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our hotel, ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the daily cleaning of back corridors and staircases, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- Manage linen stocks, ensuring adequate supplies are available for our Housekeeping team.
- Assist Housekeeping Assistants with daily tasks, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Deep clean rooms, mini bars, air-conditioning units, and cabinets, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness.
- Restock monthly items for rooms, such as magazines, and assist General Assistants with heavy loads.
- Report any maintenance issues and use our indicative system to resolve them.
- Understand and execute our company's policies and procedures regarding privacy, confidentiality, and data protection.
- Be aware of our Hotel's Fire Safety Procedures and Health & Safety regulations.
Requirements
- Experience working in a 4* or 5* hotel restaurant is desirable.
- Keen eye for detail, organizational skills, and confident communication with the team.
- Great communication skills.
