Luton

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to lead our Commercial Contracts Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, reviewing and tracking cashflows and budget trackers, and providing forecasting updates to senior management.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on projects, knowledge of finance and accounting, and a full UK driver's license. You will be responsible for ensuring that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties and that contract requirements are met.

The Role:

  • Lead the Commercial Contracts Team
  • Management of key accounts
  • Review and track cashflows and budget trackers
  • Explain forecasting updates with senior management
  • Understand the contract requirements per project on milestone payments, revenue recognition to ensure compliance with the aim to reach maximum potential
  • Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties

The Person:

  • Contract or Commercial Management experience
  • Experience working on projects
  • Knowledge of Finance and Accounting
  • Full UK Drivers License
