Job Title: Lead Commercial Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. As a Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in leading our contracts and procurement activities, working closely with our clients to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage contracts and procurement activities across the oil and gas industry
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers and partners
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial management, preferably in the oil and gas industry
  • Strong understanding of contracts and procurement principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
