The primary responsibility of this role involves coaching young players within our community tennis initiative, ensuring they receive a top-notch experience on the court. This position will collaborate closely with fellow coaching staff under the guidance of our Community Tennis Programme Manager.
The emphasis of this position is on leading coaching sessions for children, particularly those aged 10 and under, as part of our term-time programme. Coaches will be tasked with:
- Preparing and organizing coaching sessions.
- Registering participants for each session.
- Delivering high-quality coaching experiences consistently.
- Collaborating with the broader tennis team to enhance the overall quality of our offerings.
Our goal is to ensure that all junior players enjoy the best possible experience and have the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and knowledgeable LTA Accredited coach, either at Level 2 or 3, to contribute on a part-time basis to our community programme. Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in coaching children aged 10 and under.
- A passion for tennis and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
- Strong engagement skills to inspire young players.
