About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Deployment Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the safe transportation of patients with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the deployment of transportation teams to ensure timely and safe transportation of patients.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of patient information, transportation schedules, and team assignments.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transportation services.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize transportation routes and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Enhanced DBS certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
