Job Title: Management Accountant - ERP Implementation Specialist

Join a dynamic and profitable group that has consistently increased sales year on year for the past twelve years. The company has grown significantly over the past four years, and the board of directors is investing in an ERP platform to support the next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with the finance team to develop the group's financial planning and analysis, focusing on systems development, sales reporting, gross profit margin, stock management, purchases, rebates, and overhead analysis.
  2. Enhance the group's budgeting and forecasting framework.
  3. Assist with the preparation of consolidated management accounts for 12 companies.
  4. Provide variance analysis and commentary to support quarterly and monthly reports.
  5. Identify new revenue opportunities or cost savings through variance analysis.
  6. Develop and implement improvements in current systems.
Requirements:
  1. Extensive experience with ERP implementations, including data transfer and system setup.
  2. Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in a busy, progressive, and tightly managed business.
  3. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
