Job Title: Skills and Training Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Skills and Training Consultant to join our team at Walsall College. This is a fixed-term position for 6 months, offering a unique opportunity to develop new and existing customer relationships and promote the college's offer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers and stakeholders to promote the college's offer and contribute to recruitment targets.
  • Engage with industry partners to identify training needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of new and existing training programs that meet the needs of employers and students.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote the college's offer and services.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
  • Understanding of specific employment sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
