As the initial contact for potential home buyers, you will utilize your knowledge and skills to surpass sales objectives while building strong relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include managing the presentation of our properties, upholding the excellent reputation of our organization, and ensuring that all available homes are maintained to our high standards.

This position will primarily be based at our designated site, with responsibilities extending to various locations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in residential property sales
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Exceptional customer service abilities ensuring a seamless client experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong negotiation capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathetic customer service skills with active listening
  • Able to thrive in high-pressure environments with competing priorities
