Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with young people with challenging behavior, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Qualification in Children and Young People's Care (QCF Level 3) or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with young people, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy and experience with record-keeping software.
  • Full manual driving license.
