Our ideal candidate is upbeat, independent, and self-motivated, with a strong sense of community and pride in their work. You will be happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather, with a full UK manual driving licence and no more than 6 penalty points.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect to receive market-leading pay and benefits, including pay 10% above the market average, overtime paid at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate, and 22.5 days holiday rising with length of service.
