About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Reservations Agent. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their vehicle hire experience is seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dedicated vehicle hire reservation services to all Thrifty customers
  • Represent Thrifty Car and Van Rental professionally, maintaining excellent relationships with customers, locations, and sub-contractors
  • Process data accurately using various systems
  • Answer calls and promptly resolve customer requests or queries
