Program Lead - Digital Buildings

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Lead to join our Digital Buildings team. As a Program Lead, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of complex programs and projects in the field of Digital Buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program and Project Management: Manage the delivery of programs and projects in accordance with the Proposal, Scope of Work (SoW), and/or Engagement Letter.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of Digital Building consultants and Technical Project Managers, ensuring they are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Client Management: Work closely with clients to understand requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Services and Solutions Delivery: Oversee the team providing consultancy services related to Digital Building Solutions, including Building Information Modelling (BIM), Building Automation Systems (BAS), Sustainability, and Smart Building Solutions.
  • Commercial Management: Manage the project or program budget, raise invoices, and ensure delivery within the agreed scope of works and costs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years leading complex global programs.
  • Proven track record in Digital Buildings / IoT related roles.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing complex projects from start to finish.
  • PMI and/or APM accreditation.
  • Excellent team management and client management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Digital Buildings Systems Integration design, development, and implementation.
