Job Title: Commercial Contracts Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Manager to join our team at MBDA. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts, from negotiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Negotiation: Develop and implement effective contract negotiation strategies to secure favorable terms and conditions for MBDA.
  • Contract Management: Oversee the entire contract management process, including contract administration, compliance, and performance monitoring.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive growth and revenue.
  • Procurement: Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
  • Contract Delivery: Ensure the successful delivery of contracts, including managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless contract execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex contract-related issues, providing creative solutions to drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Contract Management Experience: Proven experience in contract management, negotiation, and administration.
  • Business Development Skills: Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Procurement Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex contract-related issues.
