Join Our Team as a Senior Process Improvement Engineer

We're a UK-based technology leader in chemical recycling, revolutionizing the plastic waste crisis by turning challenging plastic waste into valuable feedstocks for new plastic production and other chemicals.

As a Senior Process Improvement Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our technological advancements, responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing processes that are pivotal to our success.

This is your chance to work on projects that are not only groundbreaking but also crucial to the future of sustainable plastic management.

Within 12-18 months, you'll have the opportunity to advance to a Head of Technology role, driving major projects and shaping our technology's future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and deliver high-quality engineering solutions from conceptual studies to FEED and EPC.
  • Work with external FEED/EPC contractors, engage in technical discussions, and ensure the highest standards in design and safety.
  • Support and enhance the operation of pilot, demonstration, and commercial scale facilities, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
  • A BEng/MEng in Chemical Engineering and ideally Chartered status or working towards it.
  • Hands-On Experience in process engineering from development through to operations.
  • Expertise in refinery or petrochemical design and familiarity with industry standards.
  • Bonus Points for experience with simulation tools, project management, or team leadership.
