We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team in Worksop.

The ideal candidate will possess an electrical degree and have a strong understanding of electrical processes, ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies, including preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the maintenance team.
  • Manage the maintenance budget, including forecasting and controlling costs related to repairs, parts, and labour.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in maintenance practices and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a maintenance management role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of electrical processes, systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
