Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Scheduler to join our Workforce Planning & Optimisation team. As a Scheduler, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our field operations in Water and Waste.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with external suppliers, field managers, operatives, and customers to schedule emergency and planned repair, renewal, and installation works.
- Manage workflow, redistributing work in real-time as priorities and service levels change to meet customer and business needs.
- Ensure customer expectations and targets are met by managing workflows against service levels and Key Performance Indicators.
Requirements
- Proactive and organised with strong administration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible, switching to different jobs that are high priority and picking up new tasks to support the wider team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, including customers.
