About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistant to join our esteemed school in Quidenham, Norfolk. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and social development of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in Educational and Social Development: Work closely with teachers to plan and implement individualized learning programs, supporting students with SEN to achieve their full potential.
  • Support Student Progress: Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents to ensure students receive the best possible support.
  • Classroom Environment: Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes social skills, independence, and self-confidence.

Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in an SEN support role is essential.
