Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Ultimate Leader Programme (ULP), a dynamic opportunity designed to fast-track your career in hospitality leadership. As a ULP, you will embark on a unique journey of growth and development, working alongside our senior leaders and learning from our award-winning Dorchester Collection learning academy.

Key Programme Highlights

  • 12-18 month programme with rotations in operational departments, including Food and Beverage and Rooms division
