Job Summary:
Rontec Roadside Retail Limited is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to support the running and development of our food service concepts across the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful operation of our branded and non-branded food service sites, including Subway, WCP, and Greggs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Food Service Project Manager in the implementation of food service strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct regular site visits to review sales and performance data, identify opportunities for growth, and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with Area Managers and site teams to drive standards and improve performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new food service concepts and initiatives.
- Provide training and support to site staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the successful operation of our food service sites.
- Work closely with the Food Service Project Manager to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Support the development of new business opportunities and partnerships.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to control processes to deliver excellent service.
- Understanding of relevant legislations and regulations.
