About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Engagement Management team at LexisNexis Risk Solutions. As the Head of Engagement Management, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize the value of our fraud prevention products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with customers to identify and address strategic issues, operational and regulatory requirements, and leverage SME knowledge to identify growth areas and implement best-in-class solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of Engagement Managers, providing coaching, performance management, and career development planning to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key executive and senior stakeholders across our customer base, providing industry expertise and trusted advisory services.
  • Process Improvement: Define and drive processes and consistency for customer engagements and deliverables, overseeing the scoping, prioritization, and delivery of customer account deliverables.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, providing innovative solutions and recommendations to customers.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a fraud manager or equivalent within the financial services industry.
  • Experience with fraud prevention strategies utilizing industry-leading applications.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation experience.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to define and drive a strategy to a successful outcome.
  • A proactive nature with the ability to manage competing priorities.
