Working Hours:
This position requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, spread over 5 days, including weekends and public holidays. Our operations are primarily during the day, with no evening or split shifts. Typical hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Salary:
£28,000 per annum

Role Responsibilities
As the Food and Beverage Assistant Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the entire operation. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards across the team, outlets, and the quality of food and beverages served. You will consistently seek opportunities to enhance service and standards for our visitors.
Your role will also involve:
1. Supporting team development through recruitment and training initiatives.
2. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and National Trust policies.
3. Setting and achieving financial objectives to boost income and profitability by optimizing sales and customer service.
We will provide you with a tailored induction, training in food safety and allergens, and any necessary mentoring to excel in your role. Opportunities for further professional development will also be available.
Candidate Profile
